INSTAGRAM TEST FEATURES 'TOUCH TO MOVE ON' TO REVIEW PUBLICATIONS

Facebook's Instagram messaging platform is testing "tapping" to replace publications with publications on the platform, media reports said.

The company is testing the Push-to-Go feature to navigate between publications in the Explorer section of the app.

"We are always testing ways to improve the Instagram experience and get closer to the people and things you love," TechCrunch said, citing an Instagram spokesperson on Thursday.

Instagram already uses an automatic preview feature in Explores "Videos You Like" section and automatically plays the next video at the end of the last one.

"As to whether this could reach the main source, an Instagram spokesman said that this is not an issue they are actively considering for now," the report added.
